The BECO Soil Compactor is designed for ease of use and to meet your needs. The control arms and levers are designed for easy operation. The control arm is long enough to fit your grip proportionately and features a single-handle design that makes turning easy. Walking while compacting the soil follows the natural movement of the body, reducing fatigue and effort. The two levers are easy to operate: the right lever for forward and reverse movement, and the left lever for stop and vibration. The BECO Soil Compactor also has a key start system, but if you prefer manual start by pulling the rope, you can do that too.

Capability for Both Dry and Wet Compaction

The BECO Soil Compactor can perform both dry and wet compaction. It comes with a built-in water tank and water nozzles for both the front and rear rollers. It is suitable for wet compaction, such as hot asphalt, to prevent it from sticking to the rollers or washing away soil debris while compacting moist soil. Additionally, it helps reduce dust while compacting by using water.

Faster Work with Two Rollers

The BECO Soil Compactor features two rollers, doubling the work speed. As you compact the soil, the front roller passes over the soil first, and the rear roller compacts it again. This is faster compared to plate or jumping compactors that need to go over the same area multiple times. The BECO Soil Compactor is convenient and quick with large rollers that roll and vibrate simultaneously, moving without much effort. You can also re-compact specific spots by moving forward and backward over the same area. Hand lever control makes the operation less strenuous for the worker.

Strong and Durable Power Transmission System

The forward and reverse movement of the BECO Soil Compactor, combined with its substantial weight, requires a robust power transmission system to navigate rough and uneven terrain. It uses chains to transfer power from the hydraulic pump to both rollers. The advantages of chains are their strength and high torque. They also provide protection by breaking if excessive force is applied, protecting the engine. The vibration system uses direct power from the engine to drive the mechanical system in the rollers, generating vibrations. The weight of the vehicle is used to transmit vibration force to the soil under the rollers during movement, ensuring your work is completed efficiently.
